Audiovisual Management:
Accommodating last minute presenters with accurate audiovisual preparation is most often a complicated project. Our dedicated AV staff member provides up to date technical and equipment requirements, including providing Wi-Fi economically to your organization.

Onsite Management:
Superb customer service is our mantra. Addressing individual priorities is a skill for circus acts and event planners. We provide an experienced onsite management team or adopt yours into the logistics – details matter – we arrive early to ensure timely delivery and placement of essential equipment and meeting supplies, and meet with all vested partners to ensure that all parties are fully acquainted with the event resume. Confirmations are reconfirmed and careful attention is made to ensure that registration, signage, staging, sound and all areas are set according to your specifications.

Post-Event Evaluation and Recommendation:
Following the event, we cross-reference and double-check all reports and expenses. We manage the removal and return of all unused materials, including shipping. Once all payables and receivables are reconciled, we provide post-meeting reports.

Trade Show / Sponsor Management:
Valuable relationships have been nurtured and we recognize their importance. We are experts at developing or reenergizing Sponsorships by creatively evaluating the assets of our clients, the venue and the strategic partnerships to bring fresh and custom benefit packages.
